Sochi is the main resort city in Russia which is located on the Black Sea coast. One of the most beautiful and picturesque places in Russia which is visited by millions of tourists every year.

The city is surrounded on three sides by mountain ranges that protect it from cold winds and at the same time retain the accumulated heat. On the fourth side there is a warm Black Sea which warms up in summer and gives off its heat all winter. Trees, flowers, and shrubs grow everywhere in Sochi. Tropical forests or thickets are not uncommon here. Palm trees also fill the entire coast.

The house is placed high enough to take advantage of the view. Invisible from the street it is built on a slope. Very light touch on the site, connecting ephemerally to its surroundings.Residents and visitors come into the house through a two-story space that immediately opens to a view.The main spaces here offer access to the swimming pool and terrace through a continuous series of sliding glass doors.The garden and long terrace providing privacy on both sides.The view over the infinity pool almost gives an impression of being in flight above the city directly below.The house offers abundant natural light combined with natural palette of white materials.The main level includes a combined living and dining area, the kitchen, and an additional bedroom.The top level is private space. There are 2 kids bedrooms, master bedroom suite, bathrooms and dressing rooms. In all of these rooms the focus is on the garden and view.A large separate garage permits the display of cars and motorcycles.
